Newington police report the following:

Samuel Theirault, 21, of 5 Miles Ave., Newington, was charged on July 20 with second degree breach of peace, violation of a protective order, and second degree assault.

Phu P. Truong, 48, of 168 Audubon Ave., Newington, was charged on July 20 with disorderly conduct and third degree assault.

Luis A. Sierra, 39, of 70 Main St., Newington, was charged on July 20 with disorderly conduct and third degree assault.

David M. Kulas, 42, of 23 Fairview Ave., Bristol, was charged on July 15 with first degree criminal trespass.

Angel L. Hernandez, 47, of 75 7th St., Newington, was charged on July 21 with three counts of second degree violation of conditions of release and second degree failure to appear.

Jeimi Antonio Bordoy, 42, of 42 Windsor Ave., Meriden, was charged on July 24 with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Sierra Fuentes, 27, of 1 Industrial Road, Cromwell, was charged on July 16 with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance or less than a half-ounce of cannabis, and interfering with an officer/resisting

Eduardo Ortiz, 25, of 49 Hillside, Hartford, was charged on July 17 with driving under suspension, failure to drive in the proper lane, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.

Scott A. Stevens, 52, of 47 Webster Court, Newington, was charged on July 23 with violation of probation.

Everardo Herrera, 49, of 455 Franklin Ave., Hartford, was charged on July 25 with operating or towing an unregistered vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, driving while under suspension, and sixth degree larceny.
