Newington police report the following:

Ruben Victor Colon, 22, of 22 Elliott St., Apt. 25, Hartford, was charged on Jan. 15 with operating an unregistered vehicle and second-degree breach of peace.

Sarah Jean Wilkins, 18, of 4 Cooper Knoll Lane, Cromwell, was charged on Jan. 14 with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Chevon Andre Grant, 22, of 56 Theodore Napper Lane, Hartford, was charged on Jan. 17 with improper use of marker/license/registration and possession of a controlled substance less than a half-ounce of cannabis.

Lida Pestalozzi-Butt, 54, of 31 Broad St., Meriden, was charged on Jan. 9 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Myla Jean McDonald, 48, of 11 Loring Court, Wallingford, was charged on Jan. 9 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Joshua A. Sage, 37, of 146 Pepin Place, South Windsor, was charged on Jan. 13 with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Adelaide Vicky Reyes, 32, of 216 S. Marshall St., third floor, Hartford, was charged on Jan. 15 with sixth-degree larceny.

Joseph Michael Confreda, 22, of 6 Birch Road, New Fairfield, was charged on Jan. 15 with second-degree forgery.

Joshua Baijanath-Herrmann, 19, of 211 Newington Ave., Hartford, was charged on Jan. 15 with sixth-degree larceny.
