Newington police report the following:

Juan Laguer, 41, of 202 Washington St., New Britain, was charged on Feb. 22 with sixth-degree larceny.

Reina Savina Garcia, 19, of 35 Lasalle, second floor, New Britain, was charged on Feb. 25 with sixth-degree larceny.

Peter J. Speranza, 30, of 45 West St., Stafford Springs, was charged on March 11 with sixth-degree larceny.

Kurt Larsen, 63, of 32 Magnolia, Newington, was charged on Feb. 29 with driving under the influence and making an improper turn.

Michael Delprado, 34, of 46 Stearns St., Apt. 2R, was charged on Feb. 29 with disobeying signal of officer, driving without a license, risk of injury to child, and second-degree breach of peace.

Jamie Lee Carlson, 36, of 245 Gracey Ave., Meriden, was charged on March 1 with use of drug paraphernalia, sale of a half ounce or less of cocaine/free base, and possession of a controlled substance or less than a half-ounce of cannabis.

Michael Valliere, 26, of 51 Tom Lin Road, Newington, was charged on March 1 with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Salvatore Scata, 54, of 1 Country Squire Drive, was charged on March 3 with second degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment.

Tiffani Casparino, 24, of 437 Churchill Drive, Newington, was charged on March 4 with disorderly conduct.

Roy Howard Jenkins, 39, of 96 Mountain Laurel Drive, Wethersfield, was charged on March 5 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Ashley Lebron, 21, of 80 Upton St., New Britain, was charged on Feb. 29 with sixth-degree larceny.

Matthew C. Patterson, 34, of 16 Wells Road, Ellington, was charged on March 6 with failure to insure a private motor vehicle.

Lucretia Butler, 26, of 252 Blakeslee St., Bristol, was charged on March 6 with sixth-degree larceny.

Angel R. Fontanez, 33, of 408 Park St., New Britain, was charged on March 7 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Stephen Ernest Longchamps, 59, of 87 Vincent Drive, Newington, was charged on March 8 with disorderly conduct.

Michael J. Oswald, 55, of 31 Robert Lane, Wallingford, was charged on March 9 with driving under the influence, and improper turn/stop – no signal.

Shawn Knighton, 38, of 25 Johnson Terrace, Hartford, was charged on March 9 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Alda Dejesus, 57, of 179 Allyn St., Apt. 405, was charged on March 9 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Tammy A. Mendes, 48, of 225 Laurel St., Hartford, was charged on March 11 with fourth-degree larceny.

Stanley A. Malinowski, 48, of 41 Schoolhouse Road, Newington, was charged on March 12 with probation violation.

Canaan Christopher Cossu-Fredericks, 21, of 131 Shore Drive, Winsted, was charged on March 10 with second degree failure to appear.

Kaitlyn Mrie Savicki, 26, of 24 Springside Ave., East Hartford, was charged on March 10 with second degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Jeremy N. Hemingway, 34. Of 63 Park Ave., Enfield, was charged on March 6 with sixth degree larceny.

Angela Fezio, 32, of 14 Lowell St., Newton, was charged on March 4 with traveling unreasonably fast and possession of a controlled substance or less than a half-ounce of cannabis.

Jose Alberto Nunez-Perez, 27, of 399 Chestnut St., Floor 2, New Britain, was charged on March 15 with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Shkurte Berisha, 31, of 906 Corbin Ave., New Britain, was charged on March 15 with disorderly conduct.

Edwin Rafael Perez, 35, of 100 Beverly Road, West Hartford, was charged on March 16 with disorderly conduct and second degree unlawful restraint.

Nicholas Emerson, 30, of 71 Ellsworth St., Newington, was charged on March 11 with possession of narcotics.

Tracy Campagna, 52, of 72 Queen, New Britain, was charged on March 8 with sixth degree larceny.

James Hernandez, 57, of 42 City Ave., New Britain, was charged on March 8 with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance or less than a half ounce of cannabis.

Stephanie Denise Disotell, 38, of 17 Seneca Drive, Meriden, was charged on March 12 with first degree failure to appear and sixth degree larceny.

Luis Aponte, 38, of 45 Andrews St., New Britain, was charged on March 12 with driving under the influence, failure to obey traffic control signals and driving without a license.
