Eli is a 7-year-old Whippet mix currently at our Waterford Adoption Center. Whippets are independent and can be excellent for agility training.

Eli can live in a single family home with condos considered. He would like to live with adults and with kids over 10 who have owned dogs previously. Eli has not had much experience with dogs but he may be willing to share his home with a canine. Cats are a different story, and since the Whippet is related to the Greyhound and Greyhounds chase small furry critters, Eli would be best in a cat-free home.

This is a high energy kind of dog and he is looking for a home where he can get lots of exercise and attention every day.

Eli is a great dog with lots of potential for the family who can keep him active and social.
