Newington police report the following:

Frank Scalia, 31, 23 Bethal St., Bristol, was charged on July 30 with sixth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, interefering with officer/resisting and second-degree failure to appear.

John W. Randolph, 29, 70 Webster Court, Newington, was charged on July 30 with disorderly conduct and violation of protective order.

Nikia Randolph, 28, 70 Webster Court, Newington, was charged on July 30 with disorderly conduct and violation of protective order.

Luis Ramirez, 50, 59 Cherry Hill Drive, Newington, was charged on July 30 with disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Elizabeth Wilson, 36, 41 Forster St., Hartford, was charged on July 29 with interfering with officer/resisting.

Rebecca L. Sinchak, 28, 36 Mohawk, Derby, was charged on July 30 with improper use of marker, illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and possession of controlled substance.

Denise P. Holland, 25, 46 Shultas Place, Hartford, was charged on July 23 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit six-degree larceny.

Christine Felishia Torres, 27, 377 Stanley St., New Britain, was charged on July 23 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit six-degree larceny.

Ryan Anthony Gordon, 21, 524 Eddy Glover Blvd., New Britain, was charged on July 24 with sixth-degree larceny.

Jalan Waden, 20, 12½ North George St., Meriden, was charged on July 31 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Jessica Arthur, 18, 174 Dogwood Lane, Meriden, was charged on July 31 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Jossean Rodriguez, 20, 160 Pratt St., Apt. 1, Meriden, was charged on July 31 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Cheyana Porter-Rizza, 18, 11 Taverer Circle, Newington, was charged on July 31 with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Thomas Biju, 48, 16 Stoddard Ave., Newington, was charged on August 3 with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

Awilda Lopez, 57, 28 Fairview St., New Britain, was charged on August 3 with illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and operating motor vehicle without license.

Danielle L. Morelli, 30, 401 Church St., New Britain, was charged on August 2 with sixth-degree larceny.

Sean Matthew Kissane, 27, 80 Stafford Road, Mansfield, was charged on August 2 with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance.

Julio Celio Martinez, 49, 32 Fifth St., Newington, was charged on July 30 with disorderly conduct.
