Newington police report the following:

Ryan P. Williams, 29, 47 Schroback Road, Plymouth, was charged on April 4 with sixth-degree larceny and four counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Jaime L. Gallicchio, 42, 2 Cinnamon Road, Newington, was charged on April 3 with illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Raymond Lugo, 35, 1222 New Britain Ave., West Hartford, was charged on April 7 with illegal operation under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Victor Riva, 53, 111 East Main, Meriden, was charged on April 6 with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Antonio Rodriquez-Ianza, 59, 110 Buena Vista, Newington, was charged on April 5 with illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alchol/drugs and unsafe movement of stopped vehicle.

Julio A. Velasquez, 42, 70 Seventh St., Newington, was charged on April 5 with illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension, evading responsibility and illegal operation of motor vehicle under influence of third substance.

Azman Mamun, 36, 16909 84th St, Queens, N.Y., was charged on April 5 with second-degree failure to appear.

Shantanae Soares, 20, 15 Lilly St., Manchester, was charged on April 4 with third-degree larceny and illegal possession of shoplifting device.

Victor L. Baldwin, Jr., 35, 50 Selfsecond St., Meriden, was charged on April 7 with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Nicole M. Falero, 35, 61 Bartholomew St., F, Bristol, was charged on April 7 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Jasmin M. Flowers, 26, 428 Griswold Hills Drive, Newington, was charged on April 8 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault.
