Newington police report the following:

Tiarah Johnson, 174 Willow St., Waterbury, was charged on Feb. 22 with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Jozef Gorski, 62, 232 Banks Road, Easton, was charged on Feb. 25 with illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Karima Gilfillian, 42, 2660 Berlin Turnpike, Apt. 245, Newington, was charged on March 4 with interfering with officer/resisting.

Jayshawn Jax Alexandre, 18, 33 Trinity St., New Britain, was charged on March 5 with second-degree failure to appear.

Seth Neborsky, 20, 915 Asylum Ave., Apt. 2 Hartford, was charged on Feb. 28 with third-degree larceny.

Ryan David Bargelski, 18, 26 Juniper St., Newington, was charged on March 5 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Barbara Martinez, 43, 360 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged on March 2 with sixth-degree larceny.

Brisvely Garcia, 40, 249 Lowrey Place, Apt. 2, Newington, was charged on March 5 with second-degree failure to appear and sixth-degree larceny.

Juan P. Quinones-Londono, 43, 213 Faith Court, Newington, was charged on March 6 with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault.

Lukasz Smialkowski, 35, 34 Horace St., New Britain, was charged on March 1 with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer-no assault.

Naomi Janice Varetta Ngoma, 34, 1885 Broad St., Apt. 3, Hartford, was charged on March 6 with operating motor vehicle without a license, failure to display lights, criminal impersonation and interfere with officer/resisting.

Alice Cocheo, 61, 154 Griswoldville Ave., Apt. 6, Newington, was charged on March 6 with illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to display lights.

Richard Casparino, 51, 437 Churchill Drive, Newington, was charged on March 6 with second-degree failure to appear.

Corey Roy Pertillar, 20, 923 Jacobs Lane, Newington, was charged on March 4 with use of drug paraphernalia, sale of controlled substance and selling drugs within 1500 feet of school/daycare.

Ruben Medina, 20, 28 Chaplin St., Newington, was charged on March 4 with possession.

Luis Angel Delgado, 26, 70 Stonegate Road, New Britain, was charged on March 5 with two counts of illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension, failure to drive in proper lane, possession of controlled substance, possession and interfering with officer/resisting.

Antonio M. Oliveira, 18 Tunxis Road, Newington, was charged on March 10 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault-physical injury.

Enrique O. Cruz-Aguilar, 34, 70 Standish St., Hartford, was charged on March 9 with illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension, speeding car and illegal operation under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

Alfonzo L. Johnson, 39, 120 Bond St., Hartford, was charged on March 8 with illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension, high service/snow removal and possession of controlled substance.

Kaitlyn Rose Walker, 25, 254 Bailey Woods Road, Brooklyn, was charged on possession of narcotic substance, criminal impersonation, second-degree hindering prosecution and second-degree failure to appear.

Frank Michael Ross, 38, 37 Cardinal Drive, Glastonbury, was charged on March 8 with interfere with officer/resisting.

Nicholas Edward Larson, 18, 39 Hickory Hill Lane, Newington, was charged on March 11 with disorderly conduct and violation of protective order.

Ramon Orlando Rodriguez-Santana, 47, 179 Sigourney St., Apt. 310, Hartford, was charged on March 11 with disorderly conduct.
