Newington police report the following:

Luis Ortiz, 27, 55 High Gate Road, Newington, was charged on Sept. 20 with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Luzelis Santos, 23, 2006 Main St., Hartford, was charged on Sept. 20 with second-degree failure to appear.

David Dugay, 51, 375 South Main St., New Britain, was charged on Sept. 21 with unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of marker plates, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.

Susette Mendes, 41, 10 Linden Court, Bloomfield, was charged on Sept. 24 with second-degree failure to appear.

Chelsea Naglak, 28, 200 Monson Road, Stafford Springs, was charged on Sept 21 with two counts of first-degree failure to appear and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

George Rivera, 21, 31 Grandview St., New Britain, was charged on Sept. 23 with breach of peace.

Kimberly Secchiatoli, 37, 406 Willard Ave., Newington, was charged on Sept. 21 with driving under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane.

Shelia Ungiechajer, 48, 155 Fairview Drive, Berlin, was charged on Sept. 22 with operating under suspension, driving under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane.

Kyle Grinaski, 25, 32 Burmhan St., Enfield, was charged on Sept. 24 with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with a police officer and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Eugene Herms, 63, 134 Cedarwood Lane, Newington, was charged on Sept. 25 with second-degree failure to appear.

Susette Mendes, 41, 10 Linden Court, Bloomfield, was charged on Sept. 24 with second-degree failure to appear.
