Newington police report the following:

Antonio Samuels, 19, 19 Prospect St., East Hartford, was charged on Aug. 25 with failure to respond.

Steven Bortz, 29, 18 North Maple Road, East Hampton, was charged on Sept 5 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Francisco Nieves, 42, 40 Forest St., East Hartford, was charged on Sept. 4 with first-degree harassment and second-degree threatening.

Mario Rivera, 43, 32 Toros Ave., Waterbury, was charged on Sept. 4 with violation of a protective order.

Nicholas Latina, 28, 96 Nooks Hill Road, Cromwell, was charged on Sept. 5 with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with a police officer, failure to respond to infraction and four counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Victor Gimmartino Jr., 33, 72 Burke St., East Hartford, was charged on third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.

Antonio Samuels, 19, 19 Prospect, East Hartford, was charged on Aug. 24 with possession with intent to sell and possession of more than ½ ounce of marijuana.

Frances Dones, 20, 631 Myrtle St., New Britain, was charged on Sept. 5 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Francis Flores, 44, 631 Myrtle St., New Britain, was charged on Sept. 5 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Reinaldo Acosta, 22, 88 Camp St., Newington, was charged on Sept 8 with sixth-degree larceny.

Angel Rivera, 34, 35 Cowles St., Hartford, was charged on Sept. 10 with second-degree failure to appear.

Natashia Vasquez, 27, 152 Brimfield Road, Wethersfield, was charged on Sept. 9 with illegal operation of motor vehicle with suspended license, illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, possession of less than ½ ounce cannabis and second-degree breach of peace.

Nicole Fernandez, 25, 38 Lanouette St., second floor, Meriden, was charged on Sept. 5 with fifth-degree larceny.
