This is 6-year-old Merlin, who is presently at our Newington Care Center.

Merlin can live in any size home, including apartments.

He is an extra-large dog with a smooth tan and white coat. Merlin would like to live with dog savvy kids 10 and up.

This dog has not had much experience with cats or dogs but he is willing to consider sharing his home with a furry friend.

Merlin is calm but he does have his moments of energy and needs to get some exercise every day. Merlin is a great dog with lots of potential. He needs a family with general dog experience.

Inquiries for adoption should be made at the Connecticut Humane Society located at 701 Russell Road in Newington or call toll free: 1-800-452-0114.

The Connecticut Humane Society is a private organization with adoption centers in Newington, Waterford and Westport. The Connecticut Humane Society is not affiliated with any other animal welfare organizations on the national, regional or local level.
