Newington police report the following:

Barreto Severiano, 56, 182 Allen St., New Britain, was charged on May 2 with speeding and driving under the influence.

Isaac Ortiz, 34, 667 Myrtle St., New Britain, was charged on May 1 with weapons in a motor vehicle.

Edwin Caldas, 27, 23 Meriden St., Meriden, was charged on April 27 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Michael Fairbanks, 56, 313 Swain Ave., Meriden, was charged on April 27 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

David Deleon, 34, 1083 Palisado Ave., Windsor, was charged on May 5 with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence.

Evron Montaque, 26, of 55 Rockville St., Hartford, was charged on May 5 with disorderly conduct and third degree assault.

Susanne Szwez, 40, of 227 Belridge Road, New Britain, was charged on April 30 with sixth degree larceny.

Christopher Cygan, 34, of 226 Kitts Lane, Newington, was charged April 30 with sixth degree larceny.

Rashell Irizarry, 25, of 110 Laurel St., Hartford, was charged May 1 with first degree criminal trespassing and fifth degree larceny.

Crystal Morales, 22, of 114 Catherine St., Hartford, was charged May 1 with sixth degree larceny.

Mark Casella, 33 Roy St., Meriden, was charged on May 3 with second-degree failure to appear.

William Johnson, 48, 14 Clemens Court, Rocky Hill, was charged on May 7 with reckless driving, driving under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Norbert Kulig, 23, 80 Hillhurst Ave., New Britain, was charged on May 7 with third-degree assault.

Katie McMahon, 30, 173 Diana Rd., Plantsville, was charged on May 7 with sixth-degree larceny.

Alba Paneca, 60, 720 Church St., Newington, was charged on May 7 with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

Fidel Paneca, 59, 130 Nutmeg Lane, East Hartford, was charged on May 7 with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.
