Newington Police report the following:

Victor Maldonado, 35, of 211 Irving Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged March 6 with extradition arrest by warrant.

Jose Colon, 48, of 157 South St., Windham, was charged March 7 with sixth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, credit card theft, conspiracy to commit credit card theft, conspiracy to commit more than $5080 on revoked credit card, conspiracy to commit third-degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, first-degree robbery, second-degree breach of peace, conspiracy to commit second-degree breach of peace, conspiracy to commit second-degree threatening, second-degree threatening, first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree promoting prostitution, first-degree kidnapping, conspiracy to commit first-degree kidnapping, conspiracy to commit first-degree unlawful restraint and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Justin Maturo, 23, of 1 Robin Lane, Cromwell, was charged March 7 with patronizing a prostitute.

Ruth Santana, 28, of 157 South St., Willimantic, was charged March 7 with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit credit card theft, conspiracy to commit more than $500 on revoked credit card, more than $500 on revoked credit card, conspiracy to commit third-degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, first-degree robbery, second-degree breach of peace, conspiracy to commit second-degree breach of peace, conspiracy to commit second-degree threatening, second-degree threatening, first-degree reckless endangerment, prostitution person 16 or over, third-degree identity theft, first-degree kidnapping, conspiracy to commit first-degree kidnapping, conspiracy to commit first-degree unlawful restraint, first-degree unlawful restraint.

Demetrio Savvas, 53, of 152 New Britain Ave., Hartford, was charged March 7 with criminal impersonation, interfering with a police officer, and two counts violation of probation.

Lisa Martin, 42, of 401 Stanley St., was charged March 9 with sixth-degree larceny.

Melissa Pistilli, 30, of 565 Clark Ave., Bristol, was charged March 11 with second-degree breach of peace, assault on an officer, resisting arrest, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and possession of controlled substance.

Andrew Lamonico, 25, of 8 Black Walnut Lane, Burlington, was charged March 11 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
