Newington Police report the following:

Isaac Ortiz Jr., 18, of 172 Eighth St., was charged Feb. 18 with unreadable license plates, tinted windows violation and possession of more than half ounce of marijuana.

Joseph Roldan-Perez, 22, of 266 High St., New Britain, was charged Feb. 18 with sixth-degree larceny.

Pamela Condor-Guerra 25, of 1650 Broad St., Hartford, was charged Feb. 24 with sixth-degree larceny.

Trevor Stephens, 59, of 47 May St., Hartford, was charged Feb. 24 with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Tammy Brookbanks, 46, of 10 Woodsedge Drive, was charged Feb. 27 with disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Corey Norton, 27, of 14 Eric Drive, Granby, was charged Feb. 27 with operating unregistered motor vehicle, tinted windows violation, and possession of less than half ounce of marijuana.

Dean Dickson, 35, of 325 Dixwell Ave., New Haven, was charged March 1 with disorderly conduct.

Kevin Ramos, 21, of 307 Fairfield Ave., Hartford, was charged March 1 with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance and possession of less than half ounce of marijuana.

Samuel Weston, 21, of 61 Whitmore St., Hartford, was charged March 1 with operating unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker plates, no insurance, operating under suspension, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of less than half ounce of marijuana and second-degree failure to appear.

Luz Rojas, 20, of 80 Mitchell St., New Britain, was charged March 2 with breach of peace.

Miguel Adorno, 46, of 35 City Ave., New Britain, was charged March 3 with driving under the influence.

Tre McGee, 26, of 76 Webster St., Hartford, was charged March 3 with first-degree criminal trespassing, interfering with a police officer and violation of a protective order.

Melissa Barresi, 24, of 200 John Olds Drive, Manchester, was charged March 4 with two counts second-degree failure to appear.

Matthew Popek, 28, of 254 Maiden Lane, Durham, was charged March 4 with sixth-degree larceny.

Wanda Maldonado, 50, of 435 Bradley Ave., Meriden, was charged March 5 with sixth-degree larceny.

Francisco Torres, 40, of 31 Crosby St., West Hartford, was charged March 5 with driving under the influence.

Dean Vinci, 31, of no known address, was charged March 5 with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with a police officer and seven counts failure to respond.

Kristal Betancourt, 22, of 187 Washington St., Wallingford, was charged March 6 with driving under the influence and improper number of headlights.

David Hurlbut, 35, of 1 Geoffrey Road, East Haddam, was charged March 6 with violation of a protective order.

Rebecca Jones, 21, of 12 Highwood Circle, Colchester, was charged March 6 with violation of a protective order.

Peter Overbaugh, 59, of 69 S. Stoney Brooke Drive, Marlborough, was charged March 6 with unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker plate, no insurance, operating under suspension and sixth-degree larceny.
