Newington Police report the following:

Shane Richardson, 26, of 347 Prospect St., East Hartford, was charged Nov. 23 with sixth-degree larceny.

Jouset Melendez, 22, of 107 Clinic Drive, New Britain, was charged Nov. 23 with risk of injury to a minor and sixth-degree larceny.

David Divalentino, 54, of 19 Windsor Ave., Windsor, was charged Nov. 26 with criminal trespassing.

Ruben Gutierrez-Bernedo, 46, of 39 Bristol St., Hartford, was charged Nov. 27 with driving under the influence.

Kelsha King, 46, of 100 Gold St., New Britain, was charged Nov. 27 with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device.

Bonnie Powell, 49, of 32 Winship St., Hartford, was charged Nov. 27 with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carlos Santos, 53, of 147 Ashland Ave., was charged Nov. 28 with second-degree failure to appear.

Trinh Tran, 46, of 27 Woodmere Road, Windsor, was charged Nov. 30 with two counts risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

Patryk Jurkowski, 19, of 16 Jordan St., New Britain, was charged Nov. 30 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Volodymyr Vivchar, 19, of 144 Pierremount Ave., New Britain, was charged Nov. 30 with possession of a controlled substance.

Bernard Luetjen, 41, of 61 Summit St., was charged Dec. 1 with disorderly conduct.

Jorge Toro, 39, of 59 Evergreen Ave., Hartford, was charged Dec. 1 with operating under suspension, speeding, and driving under the influence.

Kyle Porter, 22, of 46 Acton St., New Britain, was charged Dec. 2 with carrying a dangerous weapon.

Malik Ridley, 22, of 245 Lowrey Place, was charged Dec. 2 with breach of peace.

Deja Rush, 18, of 245 Lowrey Place, was charged Dec. 2 with breach of peace.

Shane Given, 32, of 169 Leesville Road, Moodus, was charged Dec. 3 with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree larceny, two counts credit card theft, three counts illegal use of a credit, criminal attempt to illegal use of a credit card and three counts third-degree forgery.

Frederick Johansen, 32, of 11 Laurel St., Vernon, was charged Dec. 3 with unregistered motor vehicle, improper marker plates, reckless driving, disobeying signal of officer, sixth-degree larceny, interfering with a police officer and reckless endangerment.

Nicholas Summa, 18, of 6 Tollgate Lane, Simsbury, was charged Dec. 3 with possession of a controlled substance.

Devante Robinson, 24, of 131 Hollywood Ave., West Hartford, was charged Dec. 4 with unregistered motor vehicle, improper marker plates, failure to display marker plates, no insurance, possession of less than half ounce of marijuana, sixth-degree larceny and violation of probation.

Ismael Arroyo, 23, of 105 Slater Road, New Britain, was charged Dec. 4 with unregistered motor vehicle, improper marker plates, no insurance, operating under suspension and second-degree failure to appear.

Marek Nizielski, 21, of 141 West Hill Road, was charged Dec. 4 with second-degree failure to appear.

Laquanna Watkins, 26, of 360 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged Dec. 4 with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, five counts third-degree identity theft and conspiracy to commit third-degree identity theft.
