Newington Police report the following:

Tayler Allen, 21, of 148 Lake View Drive, Colchester, was charged June 26 with failure to pay or plea.

Jeffrey Koller, 38, of 108 Churchill Drive, was charged June 28 with first-degree criminal trespassing, third-degree criminal mischief and criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Dion Robinson, 39, of 900 Garden St., Hartford, was charged June 30 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

Kelly Soyka, 33, of 9 Simpson Ave., Willimantic, was charged June 30 with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Camby, 47, of 38 Woodland Road, Bloomfield, was charged July 1 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Bryan Lopez, 30, of 72 South St., Hartford, was charged July 6 with improper use of marker plate, operating under suspension, engaging officer in pursuit, criminal attempt to commit third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and criminal attempt to fourth-degree larceny.

Donna Guerrette, 53, of 38 Church St., was charged July 6 with disorderly conduct.

Angelo Perugini Jr., 56, of 206 Country Club Road, New Britain, was charged July 6 with sixth-degree larceny.

Gail Brodeur, 58, of 247 Glen St., New Britain, was charged July 7 with unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance, operating under suspension, and driving under the influence.

Ileia Belton, 33, of 21 Hartford Ave., was charged July 8 with two counts risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct, two counts second-degree reckless endangerment and two counts first-degree unlawful restraint.

Dawn Emerson, 45, of 204 Collins St., Hartford, was charged July 8 with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nichole Parrotte, 30, of 390 Sam Green Road, Coventry, was charged July 8 with breach of peace and third-degree assault

Enysia Rosado, 21, of 730 Ellis St., New Britain, was charged July 8 with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Joshua Calcorzi-Ortiz, 24, of 44 S. Prince St., Lancaster, was charged July 9 with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree kidnapping and extradition arrest.

Jordan Poudrier, 27, of 77 Oliver Road, Manchester, was charged July 9 with disorderly conduct.

Brian Cournoyer Jr., 24, of 18 Woodard Place, Bristol, was charged July 10 with reckless driving, disobeying signal of officer, two counts failure to drive in proper lane, three counts failure to obey stop sign and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
