Newington Police report the following:

Susan Thomas, 50, of 241 West Hill Road, was charged April 20 with violation of probation.

Javon Bates, 35, of 25 Patton Drive, New Britain, was charged April 24 with failure to respond to an infraction.

Troy Coons, 31, of 146 Allen St., Groton, was charged April 24 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Rafal Maliszewski, 34, of 84 Kinnear Ave., was charged April 24 with criminal violation of a restraining order.

Sara McLoughlin, 37, of 1 Garden St., New Britain, was charged April 24 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Stephen Sollars, 65, of 395 Ellis St., New Britain, was charged April 24 with illegal use of facsimile firearm and breach of peace.

Thomas Gallagher, 58, of 125 Second Ave., West Haven, was charged April 25 with second-degree failure to appear.

Nelson Ward Jr., 36, of 82 Brittany Farms Road, New Britain, was charged April 26 with failure to respond.

Kaitlyn Burns, 21, of 12 Taylor St., Bellows Falls, Vt., was charged April 26 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Devon Canino, 23, of 170 Flatbush Ave., Hartford, was charged April 28 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker plates, driving under the influence, driving wrong way on highway, operating a motor vehicle without driver’s license and possession of less than half ounce of marijuana.

Shevada Davis, 25, of 32 Marwood Drive, New Britain, was charged April 29 with breach of peace.

Joseph Marshall, 20, of 139 Daly Ave., New Britain, was charged April 29 with failure to drive in proper lane, improper turn signal and second-degree forgery.

Daniel Silvis, 29, of 1 Linden Place, Hartford, was charged April 29 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, driving under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to obey control signals.

Tiffany Vasquez, 25, of 23 Patton Drive, New Britain, was charged April 29 with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Heather Adams, 22, of 39 Exeter Court, Manchester, was charged April 30 with two counts sixth-degree larceny and two counts conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Ronald Rivas, 26, of 39 Exeter Court, Manchester, was charged April 30 with two counts conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and two counts sixth-degree larceny.

Chance Robinson, 18, of 17 Evergreen Ave., Hartford, was charged April 30 with sixth-degree larceny and five counts second-degree failure to appear.

Charles Kardulis, 27, of 650 Prospect Ave., Hartford, was charged May 3 with two counts first-degree failure to appear.
