Newington Police report the following:

Daymeon Smith, 28, of 663 Howard Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged April 12 with two counts sixth-degree larceny by possession.

Johnny Ortiz, 26, of 41 Coolidge Ave. Waterbury, was charged April 12 with illegal possession of narcotics.

Alberto Maldonado-Perez, 65, of 771 S. Wethersfield Ave., Hartford, was charged April 13 with operating a motor vehicle under suspension, driving under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane.

Joseph Epstein, 28, of 114 Burgundy Hill Lane, Middletown, was charged April 14 with possession of marijuana.

John Ortiz, 34, of 175 Russ St., Hartford, was charged April 14 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance, engaging officer in pursuit, failure to drive in proper lane and operating a motorcycle without endorsement.

Seth Booth, 44, of 42 Brookside Road, was charged April 15 with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, interfering with emergency call, third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Bernard Kornowicz, 69, of 1579 Main St., was charged April 15 with breach of peace.

Sean Harrison, 24, of 33 Spruce St., was charged April 16 with driving under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane.

Jeffrey Koller, 38, of 108 Churchill Drive, was charged April 16 with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespassing, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.

Jason Nizielski, 34, of 164 Hunters Lane, was charged April 16 with disorderly conduct.

Donnell Coleman, 36, of 16 Chatham St., Hartford, was charged April 17 with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Russell Collin, 57, of 2660 Berlin Turnpike, was charged April 18 with driving under the influence.

John Hayduski, 54, of 99 Brentwood Road, was charged April 18 with driving under the influence.

Alfonzo Sanford, 56, of 25 Victory Way, was charged April 18 with second-degree failure to appear.

Sergiy Svystun, 30, of 163 Oak Ridge, Middletown, was charged April 18 with failure to obey traffic control signals, second-degree assault, second-degree assault with a motor vehicle and second-degree reckless endangerment.
